I want to work on my work, plan out what I am supposed to do.  I want to do journalling.  But I have limited time and energy.  I have fleeting concentration and I lack focus.  Zzz..  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is 10:10pm now, I have not done anything that I want, not that I have a checklist to begin with.  Which reminded me that maybe I should start one every week.  Maybe I should work on my goals and to do periodic reviews to keep track that I am progressing &#8211; especially regarding my weight loss journey.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weight loss<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Things I can do to aid my own weight loss:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Watch XHS video clip at the start of the day to remind myself<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilise bullet journal to keep track of my progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep track of what I eat everyday &#8211; before trying to do calorie counting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 squats everyday &#8211; cultivate micro habit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stop forcing myself to finish my food <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try to feel when I am full &#8211; listening to my body<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weighing myself every month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rejecting sweets and titbits &#8211; 80% of the time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To do a review at the end of the month.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text-justify\">I want to plan out finances.
