I took misoprostol this morning and experienced quite a bit of cramps and pain before I started bleeding.  The pain was manageable, though I felt quite weak.  It was so painful that I did not manage to get up and say hi to Mummy when she came.  Maybe I am just not too used to cramps.  I don&#8217;t know how women with endometriosis handle their monthly pain.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think there is still more discharge to come.  Or there should be more from what I&#8217;ve heard.  Hopefully my body will be able to cleanse out properly.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have miscarried.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Dear Hashbrown, maybe it is not the correct time.
