Restless before Monday

I want to plan out finances. I want to work on my work, plan out what I am supposed to do. I want to do journalling. But I have limited time and energy. I have fleeting concentration and I lack focus. Zzz..

It is 10:10pm now, I have not done anything that I want, not that I have a checklist to begin with. Which reminded me that maybe I should start one every week. Maybe I should work on my goals and to do periodic reviews to keep track that I am progressing – especially regarding my weight loss journey.

Weight loss

Things I can do to aid my own weight loss:

  • Watch XHS video clip at the start of the day to remind myself
  • Utilise bullet journal to keep track of my progress
  • Keep track of what I eat everyday – before trying to do calorie counting
  • 25 squats everyday – cultivate micro habit
  • Stop forcing myself to finish my food
  • Try to feel when I am full – listening to my body
  • Weighing myself every month
  • Rejecting sweets and titbits – 80% of the time

To do a review at the end of the month.
